For Event Organizers

From Ticket Sale to Organizer ACH Payout

Sprouter handles your complete event lifecycle โ€” ticket sales, promotion, QR check-in, analytics, and organizer payouts. You remain the seller and merchant of record; eligible proceeds are paid to your linked bank by ACH.

Why Organizers Switch to Sprouter

Organizers need clear fees, reliable check-in, useful analytics, and transparent payout steps.

๐Ÿ’ธ

Fee Stacking

Platform fee + processing fee + per-ticket fee + service fee. A $50 ticket can cost your attendees $58+ on other platforms.

โณ

Unclear Payout Timing

Event end, payout eligibility review, payout initiation, and ACH delivery are separate steps. Your platform should explain each one.

๐Ÿ“ฑ

Check-in Chaos

Clunky check-in apps, no offline support, and long lines that frustrate your attendees before the event even starts.

Event Organizer FAQs

What are Sprouter's event ticketing fees?

Free events have zero ticket-sale fees. Pro platform fees are 2% + $0.20 per paid ticket. Pro+ platform fees are 1% + $0.10 per paid ticket, capped at $5, plus separately disclosed processing. Under the default additive model, buyers pay the fee lines and the organizer receives listed ticket face value, subject to authorized adjustments.

How fast do event organizers get paid?

After an event, proceeds become eligible for payout review. Once eligible proceeds are approved and the payout is initiated, ACH delivery to the organizer's linked bank account typically takes 1โ€“3 business days. Timing is subject to reserves, refunds, disputes, risk or compliance review, bank holidays, and the receiving bank.

Does Sprouter support QR code check-in?

Yes. Every ticket includes a unique QR code. Scan with any smartphone โ€” no special hardware needed. The system works offline for outdoor venues and processes 100+ check-ins per minute. You'll see real-time attendance numbers in your dashboard.

Can I create multiple ticket tiers and early bird pricing?

Absolutely. Set up unlimited ticket types โ€” general admission, VIP, early bird, group rates, meet-and-greet packages. Each tier can have its own price, quantity limit, and sale window. Early bird pricing switches automatically based on dates you set.

How does Sprouter compare to Eventbrite for small events?

Sprouter combines event ticketing with Action Pages, Dynamic QR Codes, check-in, and analytics. Pro+ ticket platform fees are capped at $5 per ticket. Compare each provider's current pricing, refund rules, payment processing, and payout terms for your event.
