To create a QR code: 1) Log into your Sprouter dashboard, 2) Click "Create QR Code", 3) Choose between static (free) or dynamic (Pro), 4) Enter the destination URL, 5) Customize the design with your brand colors and logo, 6) Download in PNG, SVG, or PDF format. Dynamic QR codes allow you to change the destination anytime and track all scans.

Sprouter offers transparent, tiered platform pricing: Free charges 3% + $0.30 per paid ticket, Pro ($10/month) charges 2% + $0.20, and Pro+ ($50/month) charges 1% + $0.10 with a $5 maximum platform-fee cap. Standard payment processing of 2.9% + $0.30 per order is separate. Under the default additive model, buyers pay both fee lines and organizers receive listed ticket face value, subject to authorized adjustments. Free events have no ticket-sale fees. Yes! Dynamic QR codes (Pro and above) include comprehensive analytics: total scan count, unique vs. repeat visitors, geographic location (city/country), device type (iOS/Android/desktop), scan times and patterns, and referral sources. View all data in real-time from your dashboard and export reports as needed.

Complete organizer onboarding and link the bank account where you want eligible proceeds sent. Sprouter submits your onboarding information to its payment processing partner for boarding and underwriting. After the event, proceeds are reviewed for payout eligibility. Once approved and initiated, ACH delivery to your linked organizer bank account typically takes 1–3 business days.

Static QR codes have a fixed destination encoded directly in the code—once created, they can never be changed. Dynamic QR codes route through Sprouter's servers, allowing you to change the destination URL anytime without reprinting. Dynamic codes also include full scan analytics while static codes offer no tracking. For printed materials, dynamic QR codes are recommended.

Each ticket includes a unique QR code sent via email and stored in the attendee's Ticket Wallet. At your event, use the free Sprouter Scanner app to scan tickets. The app validates tickets instantly, prevents duplicate entries, and tracks check-in progress in real-time. Assign multiple staff as scanners and monitor attendance from your dashboard.

Yes, you can cancel your Sprouter subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period. Your data, Action Pages, and event history remain accessible on the free tier. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want.

Yes. Sprouter has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination. Eligible customers may request the report at /security.
