Can I message other Sprouter users?
Yes! Sprouter includes built-in messaging so you can connect with followers, collaborators, and other creators directly on the platform. You can receive messages through your Action Page, manage conversations from your dashboard, and set up auto-replies. Messaging is free on all plans and helps you build real relationships with your audience without sharing personal contact info.
How does following work on Sprouter?
Sprouter has a social layer that lets users follow each other. When you follow someone, you'll see their updates and new events in your feed. As a creator, you can see your follower count and who's following you. This helps build community around your brand. Followers can also get notifications when you post new events or update your Action Page.
What is the Sprouter Ticket Wallet?
My Tickets keeps the tickets for Sprouter events, each with a QR code for check-in. The guest can keep the ticket on their phone and add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet as a pass for that ticket. It is not a stored balance.
Can I integrate Sprouter with other tools?
Sprouter supports connections with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, calendar apps, social platforms, Zapier, and custom webhooks for eligible enterprise use cases. Event-ticket payments use Sprouter's designated payment processing partner and are not routed through organizer-selected processors.
