Sprouter is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services are provided by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. The Sprouter Visa® Debit Card is issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. FDIC insurance applies to eligible balances in the event of bank failure and does not protect against losses from platform outages, event disputes, or unauthorized transactions.

Payments & Payouts

How Ticket Payments & Payouts Work

1. Attendees purchase tickets through your Sprouter event page using supported payment methods.

2. Ticket proceeds are deposited into a secure pending account provided by our bank partner.

3. After your event ends, funds are automatically released to your available balance following a brief hold period.

4. Once available, you can:

   • Withdraw to your external bank account

   • Spend using your Sprouter Visa® debit card

   • Keep funds in your account for future events

This structure protects both organizers and attendees from chargebacks, refunds, and disputes — while ensuring fast, predictable access to your earnings.
