# Sprouter — Full Reference

Sprouter is an engagement and event-ticketing platform that combines Action
Pages, Dynamic QR Codes, analytics, audience tools, and event operations.
Sprouter was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

## Current Event-Payment Model

- QOR is the sole current payment-processing and settlement partner for
  Sprouter event ticketing.
- The event organizer is the seller and merchant of record for ticket sales.
- Sprouter collects organizer onboarding information and submits the required
  information to QOR for merchant boarding and underwriting.
- QOR processes buyer payments. Eligible organizer proceeds are sent to the
  organizer's linked bank account by ACH.
- Event end starts payout eligibility review; it does not guarantee immediate
  availability.
- Once an eligible payout is initiated, ACH delivery typically takes 1–3
  business days. Timing is subject to reserves, refunds, disputes, risk or
  compliance reviews, bank holidays, ACH processing, and the receiving bank.
- Ticket proceeds are not a stored or spendable Sprouter balance.
- Sprouter does not currently provide organizers with a wallet, deposit account,
  debit card, instant payout, P2P transfer, wire withdrawal, or ATM access.
- Sprouter is not a bank. Sprouter does not make an FDIC or pass-through
  insurance claim for event proceeds.

- Pro — $10/month
- Pro+ — $50/month
- Enterprise — custom pricing

Free events have no ticketing fees. Current paid-ticket platform and processing

Customizable public pages for links, social profiles, embedded media, products,
and events, with built-in engagement analytics.

### Event Ticketing

Event creation, paid and free tickets, buyer checkout, QR-based ticket
validation, attendee management, and organizer ACH payouts under the current
QOR event-payment model.

### Dynamic QR Codes

Editable, trackable QR codes whose destination can change after printing, with
scan analytics for time, location, and device.

### Analytics

Reporting across Action Pages, links, event activity, and QR scans.

### Connectivity

Audience and networking tools for creators, organizations, and communities.

### GS1 Digital Link

Sprouter is a GS1 US Standard Solution Partner. GS1 Digital Link support
covers connected packaging and the Sunrise 2027 transition from traditional
1D barcodes to richer 2D carriers, including resolver hosting with 57
configurable link types on sprouter.gs.

## Security

Sprouter has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination. A SOC 2 report is an
independent examination by a CPA, not a certification or AICPA endorsement.
The report is restricted-use. Eligible customers may request it under NDA.
